Marilyn Nagel has a wonderfully interesting and eclectic background that includes over 30 years of experience in the corporate world as a C-Suite executive, a professional therapist, and executive coach. She uses this combination of skills to develop interactive learning that is trans-formative, sees insights that others might miss, and knows what it means to stand in the shoes of a leader.
She is currently CLO of SAMI a SAAS company with an innovative learning solution that leverages a new gaming approach to educational content, and is also Founder and CEO of Ready-Aim-Aspire, a trans-formative proprietary coaching method.
Marilyn was most recently the CEO of Watermark, an executive women’s leadership organization based in Silicon Valley, which is where I first was introduced to Marilyn. Prior to that, she was the Chief Diversity Officer of Cisco Systems, following senior learning and development positions at American Express and AT&T. She continues to be a powerful supporter and advocate to see more women in senior executive roles.
